Consumer Fireworks are not a returnable product once you take possession.
Our refund policy is 60 days from the time of purchase unless the order is deemed undeliverable it is then immediately refunded. At any time before the product has shipped we offer a full refund or exchange. Any product that has not been delivered or is undeliverable will receive a full refund. Once your request for a refund is received and initiated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any approved refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
